1蘭州至西亞空中國際物流通道打通

6月8日，甘肅蘭州新區(qū)綜合保稅區(qū)入?yún)^(qū)企業(yè)蘭州港龍公司重達(dá)32噸的民族飾品、紡織品、小商品等日用百貨商品搭乘著波音767飛機(jī)，從蘭州中川國際機(jī)場起飛直航至迪拜。這標(biāo)志著蘭州新區(qū)綜合保稅區(qū)打通了蘭州至西亞的空中國際物流通道。

2新疆阿拉山口中歐班列運輸提速

6月10日，新疆阿拉山口火車站首次實現(xiàn)日快速交運5趟中歐班列的運輸任務(wù)，標(biāo)志著西行國際貨運班列運輸提速，中歐班列交接通關(guān)速度實現(xiàn)了新的突破。這次集中到達(dá)的5趟中歐班列平均在阿拉山口停留4小時，相較以往西行國際貨運班列6至8小時的通關(guān)時間節(jié)省了三分之一以上，通關(guān)速度大幅提升。

3GMS跨境電子商務(wù)合作平臺企業(yè)聯(lián)盟成立

6月11日，在大湄公河次區(qū)域（GMS）跨境電子商務(wù)合作平臺對話會暨企業(yè)聯(lián)盟成立大會上，GMS跨境電子商務(wù)合作平臺企業(yè)聯(lián)盟正式成立。該聯(lián)盟將建立7種語言的GMS跨境電子商務(wù)交易平臺，GMS跨境電子商務(wù)培訓(xùn)及人才平臺，GMS跨境電子商務(wù)虛擬孵化平臺。將為GMS企業(yè)提供全方位的跨境電子商務(wù)服務(wù)，并每年舉辦GMS跨境電子商務(wù)對話會，促進(jìn)區(qū)域電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。

4中國（綿陽）科技城綜合保稅區(qū)投資懇談會在蓉舉行

6月16日，中國（綿陽）科技城綜合保稅區(qū)投資懇談會在成都舉行。投資懇談會舉行了中國（綿陽）科技城綜合保稅區(qū)項目入駐集中簽約儀式，57個入駐綿陽綜合保稅區(qū)項目進(jìn)行簽約，計劃投資總額114億元、實現(xiàn)進(jìn)出口額40億美元。綿陽綜合保稅區(qū)是綿陽對外開放的橋頭堡，定義為以科技城核心功能平臺和四川省第二大內(nèi)陸開放高地。

5進(jìn)出口銀行去年綠色貸款余額逼近800億

6月16日，中國進(jìn)出口銀行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃部總經(jīng)理馮春平在銀行業(yè)例行新聞發(fā)布會上透露，截至2015年末，進(jìn)出口銀行節(jié)能環(huán)保項目與服務(wù)貸款余額766.02億元，較年初增加236.83億元，同比增長44.75%，高出同期全部貸款余額增速24個百分點。

6月16日，以共享經(jīng)濟(jì)、互聯(lián)互通為主題的“首屆跨境電子商務(wù)國際論壇”在京舉行。多位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與專家在論壇上表示，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的大背景下，跨境電子商務(wù)為全球貿(mào)易注入了新的活力?？缇畴娮由虅?wù)的發(fā)展為全球的互聯(lián)互通帶來了新機(jī)遇。

7第三次中國—中東歐國家地方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會議在唐山舉行

6月16日至20日，第三次中國—中東歐國家地方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會議在河北唐山市召開，此次會議由中國—中東歐國家合作秘書處、中國—中東歐國家省州長聯(lián)合會、河北省政府主辦，主題為“中國—中東歐國家地方合作，新機(jī)遇、新領(lǐng)域、新空間”。唐山市在籌備期間，先后組織相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人到會議的首次舉辦地—重慶，進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)考察。

On June 8th, 32 tons of minority jewelry, textile, petty commodities and other general merchandise of Lanzhou Ganglong Corporation, a newly entered corporation in comprehensive bonded zone of the New District, Lanzhou, Gansu Province, were transported by Boeing b767b from Lanzhou to Dubai. The fl ight this time marks the opening of the aerial international logistics channel from Lanzhou to West Asia.

2The Speed-up of Eurasia international trains in Alataw Pass, Xinjiang Province

On June 10th, Alataw Pass station in Xinjiang Province first achieved 5 times transportation of Eurasia international trains in one day, which marked the speed-up of the international trains and, meanwhile a breakthrough of the speed on connecting and clearance. These 5 trains arrived in a short time averagely stayed here for 4 hours, saved 1/3 of the time comparing to that of 6 or 8 hours before. And the speed of clearance was largely promoted.

3Enterprise Alliance of GMS Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation Platform Has Founded

On June 11th, at the GMS cross-border e-commerce cooperation platform and alliance founding conference, the enterprise alliance of GMS cross-border e-commerce cooperation platform declared its foundation. The alliance will establish a 7-language GMS crossborder e-commerce trading platform, a platform providing training and human resources and an incubation platform of GMS cross-border e-commerce, which will provide GMS enterprises an all-round crossborder e-commerce services. And a dialogue of GMS cross-border e-commerce will be held every year to promote the development of the regional e-commerce.

4The Talkfest on Investing Comprehensive Bonded Zone in China (Mianyang) Science & Technology City Held in Chengdu

On June 16th, the talkfest on investing the comprehensive bonded zone in China (Mianyang) science & technology city was held in Chengdu. And the concentrated signing ceremony was held at the same time, which includes 57 items signed entering the bonded zone, a planned investment of 11.4 billion yuan and an import and export volume of 4 billion dollars. Mianyang comprehensive bonded zone is the bridgehead for its opening-up, which was defi ned as a core functional platform in science & technology city and the second inland opening city in Sichuan Province.

5The Residual of Green Mortgages Draws Near 80 Billion of Ex-im Bank Last Year

On June 16th, Feng Chunping, the general manager of strategy planning dept of Ex-im Bank released at the regular press conference that, the residual of energy conservation and environment protection program and service was 76.602 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 44.75% comparing 23.683 billion yuan in the beginning of the year, which is 24 percent point higher than that of the loans in the same duration.

6“The First International Forum on Crossborder E-commerce” Held in Beijing

On June 16th, “the first international forum on cross-border e-commerce” themed on sharing economy and connectivity was held in Beijing. Many leaders and experts expressed that the cross-border e-commerce has invigorated the global trade in the context of global economic integration and sharing economy at the forum. And at the same time, took some new opportunities for the global connectivity.

7The Third Local Leaders Meeting of China-CEEC Held in Tangshan

The third local leader meeting of China- CEEC was held in Beijing. The meeting this time, themed on “new opportunities, new fields and new spaces of the cooperation between China and the countries in central and east Europe”, was jointly hosted by cooperation secretariat of China and central and east Europe, governors’ joint association of China and central and east Europe and the government of Heibei Province. During its preparation, the people concerned visited Chongqing, the host city for the first local leaders meeting, for some experience.
