水溶性非離子螯合捕收劑合成技術(shù)研究報(bào)告

摘 要：本報(bào)告的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)是運(yùn)用浮選藥劑分子設(shè)計(jì)理論，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代有機(jī)化學(xué)合成原理提出的，專門設(shè)計(jì)用于浮選捕收劑的螯合型非離子型系列產(chǎn)品及自由基催化縮合合成。 研究結(jié)合現(xiàn)代有機(jī)化學(xué)綠色合成原理，運(yùn)用現(xiàn)浮選藥劑的分子設(shè)計(jì)理論，采用催化縮合反應(yīng)，通過篩選新型催化劑，優(yōu)化合成工藝，合成出具有兩個(gè)以上活性官能團(tuán)的高效捕收起泡劑——A-300，該藥劑是一種螯合型非離子型胺乙醇黃藥的衍生物，外觀為黃色透明油狀液體，有酯的氣味，比重0.985g/mL，主成分含量≥85%。是自然銅、金以及鎳、銅、鉛、鋅等硫化物的有效捕收劑，具有捕收力強(qiáng)和選擇性好的雙重優(yōu)良屬性的捕收劑，尤其對(duì)細(xì)粒級(jí)銅礦物有較強(qiáng)的捕收能力，對(duì)pH適應(yīng)范圍較廣，為pH7～12。應(yīng)用于銅鋅礦石分選，可提高銅精礦品位及回收率，在浮選銅鎳礦時(shí)可作為鎳礦的捕收劑。 本研究通過將A-300與硫氮腈酯、非離子捕收劑等復(fù)配，分別得到A-6、A-9兩種對(duì)銅礦物連生體有較強(qiáng)的捕收能力專一捕收劑。A-6對(duì)銅礦物連生體有較強(qiáng)的捕收能力，可大幅度提高銅礦物回收率。

Study on Synthesis Technology of water soluble and nonionic chelating collector

Abstract：This topic has been implemented in June 2008， and through the acceptance in February 2011.Within 2 years during execution， this topic has been created an more efficient collecting frother A-300. In the process of synthesis， this topic combined with modern green organic chemistry synthesis principle，using the modern theory of flotation reagents molecular design ， uses catalytic condensation reaction， through the screening of new catalyst， optimizing the synthesis process， to make the efficient collector has two or more reactive functional groups. The reagent is a kind of chelating nonionic ethanol amine xanthate derivative， whose appearance is yellow transparent oily liquid， and smells with scents of ester， the proportion of 0.985 g/mL， the main component content is no less than 85%. It is effective collector for natural copper， gold and sulfide of copper， nickel，lead and zinc.This reagent has the good double excellent properties with collecting power and selectivity， especially for fine grained copper content，it has a strong ability of collecting， and with a wide pH range， as pH7 ～ 12. Ashele Copper ore dressing experiments in xinjiang show that， In the case of guarantee grade of copper concentrate，compared to the original plan， Copper recovery rate increased by 2.65%. Through compound With Sulfur nitrogen acrylic ester，non-ionic collector，A-300 and so on， this topic get two of single-minded collector with A-6 and A-9，which has a strong ability of collecting for copper mineral. The agent of A-6 can greatly improve the recovery rate of copper mineral，which has A strong ability of collecting for copper mineral intergrowth. A - 6 instead of the original drug in copper concentrator of Saishitang and BaiNaimiao ， the remarkable technical indexes have obtained： the copper concentrate grade from 14.42% to 14.42%， copper recovery rate increased by 2.23%. Using A-9 collecting frother to replace the agent of 2# oil and butylamine in a low-grade copper and nickel ore of Yakesi in xinjiang， the ideal technical indexes are achieved： on the basis of original indexes， the recovery rate of nickel in the Copper and nickel concentrate is increased by 2.50%， copper recovery rate increased by 1.20%.
