摘要:本研究針對國內航空航天領域戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展對輕質高強、高可靠性和功能高效化本體結構的緊迫需求,針對我國大型復雜高性能整體結構件制造技術發(fā)展嚴重滯后的現(xiàn)狀和技術瓶頸,集材料科學、機械工程、飛行器設計等學科領域的知識于一體,開展交叉研究。圍繞大型復雜構件非均勻塑變成形、熱-力-界面耦合作用與流線組織演變、構件溫成形的應力弛豫作用與析出狀態(tài)形成、過飽和凝固成形的多能場作用與偏析調控三個關鍵科學問題,研究高性能輕合金大型復雜整體構件形/性一體化制造流程的基本規(guī)律,揭示構件/材料制造關鍵過程的宏/微/納觀結構演變的能量驅動與能量通道調控機理,探索極端服役條件下規(guī)格大型化、功能高效化構件制造原理和方法,建立獨具特色的大型復雜整體構件制造過程中宏微納多尺度能量通道與形性演變的多物理場調控原理和技術體系,實現(xiàn)鋁、鈦高性能輕合金大型復雜整體結構件制造技術的跨越,大幅度提升極端服役構件性能水平,推動我國先進制造技術的發(fā)展,有力地支撐國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與國家安全。

Abstract:This project aimed at the urgent demand of domestic aerospace industry strategy development,which are light weight, high strength, high reliability and efficient function of body structure , and it aimed at the critical backward situation and technical bottleneck of the manufacturing technology development in which large complex and high performance of monolithic component in our country.carry out cross-over study on conbining materials science, mechanical engineering,aircraft design and other disciplines etc.Around the three critical scientific problem for inhomogeneous plastic forming of large complex components,the coupling of thermal-mechanical-interface and streamline organization evolution, stress-relaxation effect of the component shape and precipitation-formation state, multi-functional field and segregation of supersaturated coagulation control, research the basic rules of the whole manufacturing process about large complex components of high-performance light alloy, revealed the energy drive and channel regulation mechanism of macro/micro/nano structure evolution in the key process of component/material manufacturing. whats more, manufacture principle and method was explored for Large-scale specification, function efficiency components in the extreme condition.its built up to a unique regulate and control principle and technical system of multi-physical fields in large-scale complex integral components of the manufacturing process of macro micro-nano multiscale energy channels and morphic evolution. The leapfrogging of large whole complex structure manufacturing technology was realized for the high-performance light alloy,for example,aluminum and titanium. the level of extreme service component performance was greatly enhanced, and promoted the development of advanced manufacturing technology in our country, it will be strongly support that the development of national economy and national security.
