摘 要:提出了基于條紋反射測量技術(shù)的太陽聚光器面形檢測方法,使用投影儀在光屏上投射黑白相間的正弦條紋,經(jīng)被測鏡反射后成像于相機(jī),采用四步相移算法計(jì)算像面上和光屏上點(diǎn)的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,然后運(yùn)用迭代算法擬合被測鏡方程及鏡面上各個點(diǎn)法線方向。面形測量精度達(dá)0.2 mrad。試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了測量方法的正確性和可行性,研制了測量設(shè)備原理樣機(jī),并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)測量試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,測量設(shè)備達(dá)到了國際先進(jìn)水平。

Abstract:A surface shape measurement method for the solar concentrator based on fringe reflection technique has been proposed. The sinusoidal black and white fringes are projected at a screen by the projector. The camera captures the image of the fringes reflected by the tested mirror.The corresponding points between the image plane and the screen can be calculated by using the four-step phase-shifting algorithm, and then the tested mirror surface equation can be fitted by using an iterative algorithm.The normal direction of the tested mirror can be calculated.The accuracy of the measurement method is about 0.2mrad.The correctness and feasibility of the measurement methods has been verified by experiments. A prototype of measurement equipment and software has been developed.The measurement experiments show that the equipment has reached the international advanced level.
