摘 要:為了保障海洋油氣安全開(kāi)發(fā),解決水下結(jié)構(gòu)物維修作業(yè)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題,該課題擬開(kāi)展能夠適應(yīng)水下環(huán)境的摩擦疊焊修復(fù)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究。該年度完成了水下摩擦疊焊原理樣機(jī)研制工作,并開(kāi)發(fā)了相應(yīng)的焊接工藝。此外,還對(duì)原理樣機(jī)的水下作業(yè)場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行了仿真模擬技術(shù)研究。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of offshore oil and gas development, and to solve the problem of the key technology of underwater structure repair work, a friction welding system is supposed to be developed. In this year, the prototype of the system has been made out. and the welding procedure is also been researched. Besides that, a simulation technology of the prototype system has been carried out to ensure the technology can finally used underwater.
