How to Get on Well with Others？

We live in the society， and we should get on well with others. But do you know how to get on well with other people？
First， we should be polite to other people. When we first meet a person， we should say， “How do you do？” or “Nice to meet you.” and so on. And when we want to trouble someone， we should say “Excuse me， ...”， “Please...”， “Thank you.”， and so on. The polite words are also very important for us to get on well with other people. Secondly， we should be kind to others. When someone gets into trouble， we should give him a hand and not laugh at him. Third， we should try to make more friends. Its very good to have good friends to share happiness and sadness.
If we do all these， I think we will get on well with others.
