門店常用的英語對話（二）

情況二：提供意見

店員須先問清楚顧客的需求，然后再作介紹：“What sort of frame would you prefer（你喜歡哪種眼鏡架呢）？” 若顧客表示還沒有決定要哪種款式的眼鏡架：“I'm not sure（我暫時還未決定）.” 店員可參考以下例句給意見：

例句一：I think the round frame would suit your face nicely（我認為圓形的眼鏡架會更配合你的臉型）.

例句二：The oval shape frame would look good on you， too （你戴橢圓形的眼鏡架也會十分好看）.

情況三：價錢太貴？

如果眼鏡架和鏡片（lenses）是個別訂價，店員向顧客推介時，應先向他說明清楚：

顧客： This style looks good. How much is it（這款式看來不錯，這個多少錢）？

店員： One thousand five hundred dollars（一千五百元）.

顧客： Do the lenses cost extra（鏡片是否另計）？

店員： Yes， prescription lenses cost a thousand dollars（是，配有度數(shù)的鏡片售價是一千元）.

顧客： Gee， they're too expensive（嘩，它們太貴了）.

眼鏡店店員向顧客介紹太陽眼鏡（sunglasses）時，除了向他們推介最新的款式（the latest style），也應提供鏡片色澤（tints）和防紫外線光膜（ultraviolet coating）的數(shù)據(jù)，方便顧客選擇。

情況一：鏡架款式

店員想向顧客推介最新款式太陽眼鏡時，可參考以下例子：

顧客： I'd like to see some sunglasses（我想看一些太陽眼鏡）.

店員： These are new arrivals（這些是最新款式）. Look nice on you（你戴起來十分好看）.

顧客： Yes， it seems to suit my face（是啊，似乎很襯我的臉型）.

情況二：鏡片顏色

店員想介紹太陽眼鏡的鏡片顏色（lens colour）和顏色深淺度（depths of colour）的數(shù)據(jù)給顧客，可參考以下例子：

店員： Now， for the lens colour， we have three tints: rose， yellow， and grey. Each has three depths of colour to choose from. So you can decide how dark you want it to be（至于鏡片顏色，我們有玫瑰紅色、黃色和灰色3種，每種顏色有3個不同深淺程度，所以你可以選擇不同深淺色的鏡片）.

顧客： Are they different in price（它們的價錢有沒有分別）？

店員： No， they all cost the same（沒有，它們的售價完全一樣）.

顧客： OK. I think I like medium grey（好吧，我喜歡中灰色）.

情況三：防紫外線

店員想向顧客提供有關防紫外線光膜功能的數(shù)據(jù)，可參考以下對話：

店員： Can I also recommend UV coating on your lenses？ This will protect your eyes from harmful rays. It costs a little extra， but it's worth it（你大可考慮在太陽眼鏡片上加一層防紫外線光膜，這會防止有害光線傷害你的眼睛，價錢是多一點，但是物有所值）.

顧客： OK. I'll have that as well（好吧，我要那個光膜）.

店員： Fine. You can collect the sunglasses the day after tomorrow（好，你可以后天來拿你的太陽眼鏡）.

顧客： Thank you（謝謝）.
