Experience and Practice Path of China’s International Cultural Transmission〔*〕

Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago,our country has constantly adjusted strategy in the cultural transmission,and has greatly enhanced the culture consciousness and self-confidence,laying a solid foundation to further deepen the cultural transmission.From the perspective of the value of China’s international cultural transmission,this paper summarizes the experience of international culture transmission,and explores how to strengthen international cultural transmission path construction in our country.

Ⅰ.Experience of China’s cultural transmission

1.Focus on discourse structure construction and discourse innovation in international culture transmission

Discourse system construction in international culture communication system construction is the key to occupy the cultural high ground,discourse system is according to the national historical and cultural foundations and practical development needs and create a complete set of logic and the mechanism of cultural transmission.Discourse system embodies the finish for cultural exchange in a country the status and role,is an important part of national cultural soft power,only won the discourse in the cultural transmission,can effectively guide the international community for the understanding and the understanding of Chinese culture.

Globalization background culture spread more should pay attention to construction in accordance with the requirements and the characteristics of cultural discourse system,our country since reform and opening up gradually into the wave of internationalization process,in the cultural transmission voice enhanced along with the economic strength and set and enhance the image of a responsible big country.It is in the process of cultural transmission,integration of its own cultural essence and the historical and cultural value,build “describe China road,embody Chinese power,reflect the Chinese values,Chinese spirit”〔1〕localization of culture communication discourse system;Second,must in the world of the cultural exchanges in the process of absorbing excellent civilization,innovative in our discourse system of cultural transmission.

2.Excellent national image is the premise and foundation of cultural transmission

International culture dissemination and the establishment of national image is a complementary relationship,on the one hand,cultural transmission is to own outstanding cultural values spread world,strengthen to the cultural identity of other countries,and promote our country’s national power and attraction.The value concept of “peaceful development” mutual benefit and win-win results,through the spread of culture to form the international consensus,so as to improve China’s image.On the other hand,set a good image of the country can form more effective national influence,for the international culture spread to provide a more solid foundation.

In the process of long-term international cultural transmission in our country,always adhere to the national value concept of equality,mutual benefit and win-win.Never impose their own values in any countries,without attaching any political conditions in the international cooperation,as always emphasizes the peaceful development,in order to more open and inclusive attitude into the world.China has actively international responsibility in the international affairs,called for the establishment of a new international order.Especially in recent years,launched the “area” of construction in our country,is to be on the basis of mutual benefit to establish new conform to the requirements of the national development of political and economic order.This image of a responsible big country set is not only the foundation of international culture,is also part of the cultural influence,even more strengthened the other enough for me.

3.Profound cultural value foundation can enhance cultural self-confidence and self-awareness

The long history of cultural tradition is the valuable wealth that our international culture dissemination,profound cultural accumulation of cultural transmission in China provide the foundation of innovation.Especially in the context of globalization,it is important to build a world view of cultural value system.Our country traditional culture are often not culture communication to meet the demand of the modernization,so you need to “l(fā)ife,visualization,audience easier to accept and understand the modern form to express”,〔2〕more integrated into the value concept of modernity in order to enhance the spread of culture time and innovation.

Therefore,on the one hand,adhere to in the process of cultural spread to international cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence;strengthen the identification of the value of traditional national culture.Excellent traditional culture value is the basis of our international culture dissemination culture,also is our country in the process of national association adhere to the road of confidence,the theory system of self-confidence and a solid foundation.On the other hand,we must stick to the traditional culture of keeping pace with The Times,absorbing all the outstanding civilization achievements in the world,the discourse system of richer cultural transmission.

4.International cultural transmission platform is the national important window of international culture transmission

The cultural transmission process should pay attention to the international stage with significant display national culture,especially in recent years some international competitions and exhibitions in China has attracted wide attention of the world.Such as the 2008 Olympics,2010 world expo and other large international activities to improve the image of the country and culture communication ability plays an important role.Decades since the reform and opening up of international standards,our country’s bid to host the international large-scale activities actively,not only demonstrated China’s economic strength and international status of ascension,but also to show the world China’s rich history and culture,make the world a more comprehensive understanding of China.Therefore,to further strengthen links with the world,actively undertake the international activities,using the stage of the nationalization of international cultural values,enhance China’s international influence and appeal,increase recognition and understanding of other countries for our country.

The growth of China’s economic strength for our country also have the ability to undertake large-scale international activities have laid a solid economic foundation,and along with the development of integrated into the international image of a responsible big country setting up,our country in international responsibility as well as the world shows profound cultural deposits.To take the opportunity of international stage international culture dissemination,promote international identity.

5.Folk culture transmission among NGOs is a powerful way of cultural influence

Under the background of globalization of our country folk nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) has increasingly become an important part of cultural exchanges with other countries,due to its own non-governmental,non-political and the characteristics of the ideology,can spread to international culture better,reduce the communication obstacles and political bias,is advantageous to the different religious beliefs and cultural background of the group.But at the same time,due to the politics of non-governmental organizations is not strong,so the international culture dissemination vulnerability to see other cultures.Therefore,on the one hand,to strengthen the function of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) the spread of international culture,on the other hand to regulate international dissemination activities,carried out in certain system within the framework of cultural exchanges with other countries.“Non-governmental organizations in our country to draw lessons from international experience,learn about the United Nations within the framework of the connection of various international conference mechanism,actively participate in UN decision of all kinds of important meetings.”〔3〕On the international stage and give full play to NGOs culture communication effect.

Ⅱ.Practice path of China’s international cultural transmission

Promotion and spread of culture brand,need to the height of the cultural confidence and awakening as the basic conditions.China’s international cultural transmission is the need to build on the premise of cultural consciousness and self-confidence,to follow the law of cultural transmission,to strengthen international cultural exchanges and cooperation,to achieve the target of cultural transmission.

1.Improve international culture accomplishment

Cultural transmission in the process of human factors is objective existence,this is due to the international culture disseminator needed a specific cultural transmission technology,the process of cultural communication audience cultural information.Therefore,in order to better promote the effectiveness of the international culture dissemination,must first set up the scientific view of cultural transmission,in order to ensure the effective public opinion direction,improve public opinion guide effect of international culture,to better promote the development of cultural connotation and value.〔4〕In the process of cultural transmission,cultural disseminator of basic literacy through ascension and value concept,accurate positioning this one major cultural spread of the spread of the audience,content,transmission channel,in order to improve pertinence and effectiveness of cultural transmission.Secondly,international culture with the skill of the spread of international culture,especially to improve their media literacy,in order to better use of the advanced culture communication technology.Again,in the process of cultural transmission,enlarging international cultural transmission system and encourage policy to form a complete set,by promoting the spread of international culture level,importance,etc.,for the spread of international culture social force between the elements,build favorable international culture dissemination pattern.The effect of international culture,the key lies in the character of international culture.This is because a broader cultural content,the spread of more sources,which makes some international culture is of homogeneity in the media.

2.Content and mode of cultural transmission innovation

In order to improve the competitiveness of the international culture,need to enlarge international cultural transmission system of construction,in order to promote the ability of the international culture.For the transmission of cultural practice,in order to find the spread of international culture innovation points,the key need to dig through the cultural connotation,major characteristics the correspondence of culture between culture,talent,to enhance the effectiveness of the international culture.〔5〕“Constantly adjust the mode of transmission,carry out comprehensive cultural exchanges with other countries”.〔6〕In the process to culture construction experience,would be and internalization,obtained can reflect the core of the advanced culture,to create more culturally for the practice of the international culture dissemination way,the audience to absorb more international culture,to realize the spread of international culture universality and extensibility and scientific.The emphasis is on building can represent from international culture content.First,based on core value system of our country in the new period as the direction of development,on the basis of adhering to the deep cultural,according to the professional characteristic development level,create distinctive cultural brand.Second,by increasing value would achieve cultural education,conducive to the spread of international culture system.

3.Enrich the carrier of cultural transmission

Culture needs to spread more rich vitality and influence and the process of cultural transmission and continuance development road and innovation culture.Cultural communication,points out that the spread of the way there are four main categories:the first category is a mode of transmission,namely the cultural transmission between individuals.The second type is the way of interpersonal communication,the spread of the surface and depth is greater.The third kind is the spread of the organization,often limited in an organization or industry between organizations.The fourth class is a way of mass communication.Cultural transmission,more is accomplished by mass communication,it also determines the spread of international culture infiltration and reinforcement,and the development of the intensive and osmosis is built on the basis of the international media is continuously expanding.Therefore,in the process of the spread of international culture,is strengthening the construction of the culture communication platform for cultural transmission to create more freedom,diversity,wide space,personal communication,the authenticity of the man-machine communication,organizational communication,mass communication and spontaneity.Promote the use of new media,in the process of the spread of international culture,can effectively enhance the speed and efficiency of international culture dissemination.

Ⅲ.Conclusion

To sum up,the diversity of cultural transmission path,transmission content broad,need starting from the characteristics and requirements of international culture,innovative thinking and the concept of dynamic review,increase the expansion of cultural transmission in our country.Facing new situation in cultural transmission,to keep pace with The Times in the category of cultural development,constantly digging its own cultural superiority,in “a more cost-effective manner on the basis of the traditional culture construction and dissemination of modern culture construction with Chinese characteristics”,〔7〕and is suitable for international culture communication content,the propagation path.In addition,through the establishment of international culture two-way communication channels,and realizes cultural transmission optimization.At the same time,with the development of technology to the breadth and integrate excellent national culture resources,innovation of international cultural transmission path,with more novel,plump,professional international culture dissemination way boosting our country international culture communication smoothly.
