楷林匯為一辦公地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的營銷中心，需要在原地下結(jié)構已施工完的條件下重新設計地上建筑?！隘B盒子”的空間組織方式將功能所需的封閉空間以獨立的、可辨識的形態(tài)呈現(xiàn)，在這些私密空間之間即為共享空間，同時形成“中庭—空場—凹龕—盒子內(nèi)部”這一空間序列，并對應“明亮的天光—側(cè)向的直射光—直射光中的陰影—稍暗的漫射光”這一光的序列。外墻按照小型混凝土空心砌塊的構造設計并定制的耐火磚與玻璃磚結(jié)合，發(fā)展出一系列花格砌筑方式，以賦予盒子獨特的外觀與室內(nèi)的漫射光。

Kineer Hui is the marketing center of an office building developer, which requires a redesign for the building above ground with an underground structure that has been completed. The spatial organization mode of the "overlapping boxes" presents the enclosed functional spaces in an independent and distinguishable form. The shared spaces lies between the private ones, producing a spatial sequence of "atrium－empty field－concave niche－box interior" in respond to the sequence of light: "bright daylight－light from the sideshadow in direct light－diffused light that is slightly dimmer". Through the combination of the glass bricks and the chamotte bricks that are designed and fabricated according to the structure of small hollow concrete blocks, a series of methods for lattice masonry are developed for the exterior wall so as to produce diffused light that gives the boxes a unique look both internally and externally.
