Counter-Strike is a first-person shooter game in which players join either the terrorist team， the counter-terrorist team， or become spectators. Each team attempts to complete their task.

《反恐精英》是一款第一人稱射擊游戲，玩家可加入恐怖分子團(tuán)隊、反恐精英團(tuán)隊或者成為觀眾。每個團(tuán)隊都要嘗試完成他們的任務(wù)。

A player can choose to play as one of eight different character models. Players are generally given a few seconds before a round begins （known as “freeze time”） to prepare and buy equipment， during which they cannot attack or move. They can return to the buy area within a certain amount of time to buy more equipment. Once the round has ended， surviving players keep their equipment for use in the next round； players who were killed begin the next round with the basic equipment.

玩家可以選擇扮演八種不同角色模型中的一個。玩家通常在每輪開始之前獲得幾秒鐘（稱為“凍結(jié)時間”）來準(zhǔn)備和購買裝備，在這期間他們不能攻擊或移動。他們可以在一定時間內(nèi)回到購買區(qū)域購買更多的裝備。一輪結(jié)束后，幸存玩家可保留他們的裝備至下一輪使用，而被殺掉的玩家下一輪開始時只能獲得基礎(chǔ)裝備。

Monetary bonuses are given for winning a round， killing an enemy， saving a hostage， planting the bomb. At the beginning of the next round， players can use the monetary bonuses to buy new equipment.

贏得一輪游戲、殺死一個敵人、營救一名人質(zhì)或安置炸彈都可獲得貨幣獎金。在下一輪開始的時候，玩家可以使用貨幣獎金購買新的裝備。

The tasks vary depending on the type of map， and these are the most common ones：

任務(wù)的不同取決于地圖的類型，以下這些地圖是最常見的：

Bomb Maps： The terrorists must carry a bomb， plant it on one of the designated spots and protect it from being disarmed by the counter-terrorists before it explodes. The counter-terrorists win if the time runs out with no conclusion.

炸彈地圖：恐怖分子必須攜帶一顆炸彈，把它安裝在一個指定地點并在爆炸前保護(hù)炸彈不被反恐精英拆除。如果時間耗盡而炸彈沒有引爆，反恐精英獲得勝利。

Hostage Maps： The counter-terrorists must save a group of hostages held by the terrorists. The terrorists win if the time runs out with no conclusion.

人質(zhì)地圖：反恐精英必須拯救一批被恐怖分子劫持的人質(zhì)。如果時間耗盡而沒有解救出人質(zhì)，恐怖分子獲得勝利。
