《華爾街日?qǐng)?bào)》援引知情人士的話稱，谷歌正與中國(guó)政府和手機(jī)制造商洽談，準(zhǔn)備在中國(guó)推出新的安卓應(yīng)用商店。谷歌的安卓系統(tǒng)是全球最流行的智能手機(jī)操作系統(tǒng)，但在中國(guó)并未上市，也沒(méi)有給谷歌帶來(lái)任何收入。2010年，谷歌宣布退出中國(guó)內(nèi)地市場(chǎng)，如今已闊別5年。報(bào)道稱，這可能與谷歌的手機(jī)計(jì)劃也有關(guān)系。谷歌希望新手機(jī)能在今年年底前上市，如果要在中國(guó)內(nèi)地銷售，則需要獲得牌照。

The Wall Street Journal reported that Google is in talks with the Chinese government and manufacturers to launch a new Android app store in China.Google’s Android system is the world’s most popular smartphone operating system, but is not authorized in the Chinese market. Google has been out of the Chinese market for five years. The Wall Street Journal also reported that Google hopes to release a new phone by the end of the year to the Chinese market.

China’s love affair with Apple continues as the company is reported to have sold over 1.07 million Apple Watches in China, according to Talking Data. CEO Tim Cook said in July that first quarter Apple Watch sales had exceeded “internal expectations.” The Apple Watch is now available in 19 countries. Beijing’s Talking Data is an app monitoring platform that collects big data. Over 80,000 apps use Talking Data including We Chat, which has one billion registered users and 540 million monthly active users.

境外個(gè)人獲許在中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)買房 Foreigners Can Now Buy Property in China

據(jù)商務(wù)部網(wǎng)站消息，住建部、商務(wù)部、發(fā)改委、人民銀行等六部門日前聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關(guān)于調(diào)整房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)外資準(zhǔn)入和管理有關(guān)政策的通知》。境外機(jī)構(gòu)在境內(nèi)設(shè)立的分支、代表機(jī)構(gòu)和在境內(nèi)工作、學(xué)習(xí)的境外個(gè)人可以購(gòu)買符合實(shí)際需要的自用、自住商品房。

Foreign companies with branches in China, and individuals studying or working in China can now purchase property in the PRC. Property can be purchased according to need, for individual or company use. The new policy statement was jointly released by the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, People’s Bank of China, and other related institutions.
