All those have a bad effect on our growth. We may even suffer from different illnesses when we grow up.

I think we should give up our bad eating habits if there is any. We had better not eat unhealthy food like hamburgers and fried chicken. Instead， lets eat healthy food like fresh fruit and vegetables. Its good for our health， isnt it？

Health is very important to us teenagers. Both study and work are based on strong body. Doing sports every day helps us keep healthy and energetic. If we dont take any exercise， we may feel tired and get sick easily.

There are many kinds of sports we can do， such as running， swimming and ball games. Now we students have to do too much homework after school. I hope teachers will leave us less homework so that we can have more time to take part in sports. I also hope our school can organize more sport activities for us.

Its a good habit for us to exercise every day. If we exercise one hour a day， we can keep illness away.
