Tomb-sweeping Day,is a traditional festival in our country,which is the most important festival of sacrifice1.It is the day of ancestor2worshiping3and sweeping the grave.Most of people of all ethnic groups in China sweep the tombs on that day,showing their sadness for the dead.

清明節(jié)，是我國的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，也是最重要的祭祀節(jié)日，是祭祖和掃墓的日子。我國各族人民大多都在清明節(jié)這天掃墓，寄托對(duì)故人的哀思。

Moreover,not only it has the solemnity5of sacrifice and the joy of spring-outing,but also it’s Chinese precious intangible6cultural heritage7.Tomb-sweeping Day,according to the solar calendar,comes from the year between April 4 to 6.It’s the season of spring when the nature shows vitality8everywhere.It is a good time to spring outing,so the ancients had spring outing and carried out all kinds of customs sports activities.In ancient times,it is also called March Festival.It doesn’t just mean sadness for ancient Chinese on Tomb-sweeping Day.There are praying and recalling thoughts hidden in,what’s more is the reverence9of the ancestors and praying for descendants10.Tomb-sweeping Day is a day of the meeting of the living and the dead,a day for remembering and recalling,a day of all feelings.Day after day,year after year,there will be a sadness which can’t be uttered11on this day.No one ever give up the love,which is the miss of the dead and relatives.

清明節(jié)，作為我國二十四節(jié)氣之一，它既是節(jié)氣又是節(jié)日。而且，不但有祭奠的肅穆和踏青的歡愉，還是我們中華民族十分珍貴的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。清明節(jié)，按陽歷來說，在每年的4月4日至6日之間，正是春光明媚的時(shí)節(jié)，大自然處處呈現(xiàn)出勃勃生機(jī)。這時(shí)也正是人們春游的好時(shí)節(jié)，所以古人去踏青并開展各種風(fēng)俗體育活動(dòng)。在古時(shí)清明節(jié)也叫“三月節(jié)”。清明節(jié)對(duì)于中國古人來說并非只有悲悲戚戚，也有禱告和緬懷的思緒潛藏其中，更多的是對(duì)先祖?zhèn)兊木次泛蜑樽訉O后代的祈福。清明是一個(gè)生者與逝者會(huì)晤的日子，一個(gè)懷念和追憶的日子，是一個(gè)百感交集的日子。日復(fù)一日，年復(fù)一年，每到這一天就有種說不出的心酸。每個(gè)人心中都有一份永不割舍的愛，那就是對(duì)古人和親人的思念。
