      藏藥波棱瓜子提取液對四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝損傷保護機理的研究

      摘要:肝損傷是一種常見危害人類和動物健康的疾病。通過研究波棱瓜子(Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall)提取液對四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝損傷的保護作用,并對其作用機理進行初步分析。試驗結(jié)果表明,其作用機理與抑制炎性細(xì)胞因子的表達等有關(guān),可減輕肝損傷的程度。

      Protective Mechanism of Extracts from the Tibetan Medicine Herpetospermum caudigerum Seeds on Acute Liver Injury Mice Induced by Carbon Tetrachlorid

      Abstract: Liver injury was a common clinical disease endangering human and animals health caused by various pathogenic factors. The protective mechanisms of the extracts form Tibetan medicine Herpetospermum caudigerum seeds on carban tetrachlorid-induced acute liver injury were studied. The results showed that its mechanism were related with the expression inhibition of inflammatory cytokines.
