“凱桂”號輪是原龍穴造船于2008年建造并交付的華南最大油輪——30.8萬噸的“新浦洋”輪的升級版,由廣州廣船國際股份有限公司、中國船舶及海洋工程設(shè)計研究院研發(fā)設(shè)計,并擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。該船全船長333米,寬60米,甲板面積有4個足球場那么大,甲板面還設(shè)有直升機升降平臺,主甲板面積與我國“遼寧”號航空母艦相當,但甲板長度比“遼寧”號航空母艦(遼寧號:長307米,寬70米)還要長,滿載排水量是“遼寧”航空母艦的7倍,稱得上是真正的“海上巨無霸”。
“凱桂”號輪的上層建筑高7層,船總高度70多米。型深30.5米,設(shè)計吃水20.5米,貨艙深達27米,貨艙倉容不少于360000立方米。該船航速為16.7節(jié)(31公里/小時),續(xù)航力約22000海里(4萬多公里),相當于繞地球赤道一圈中途也不用再加油。
其自動化程度非常高,船上配備了目前最先進自動控制系統(tǒng),可實現(xiàn)無人機艙、自動導(dǎo)航,開船只需27人就夠了。
China's largest oil tanker set to sail
The largest supertanker ever designed and built by a Chinese shipyard, Kai Gui, is about to start its maiden voyage. Designed by Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. (GSI) and Marine Design & Research Institute of China and built by GSI, the vessel is by far the most advanced super-large oil tanker in China, with a high level of automation and reliability in performance, featuring independent technology in design and construction.
Kai Gui, measuring 333 meters in length and 60 meters in width, is the upgraded version of Xin Pu Yang, the former greatest tanker in the country.As tall as a 23-story building, over 70 meters in height, Kai Gui has a large deck equaling the total area of four football fields with helicopter landing platform, while its displacement is 320,000 tons, around seven times that of Liaoning, the Chinese aircraft carrier. The supertanker is equipped with an advanced automatic navigation system, which enables it to sail 24 hours a day without manual operation, while it only needs 27 staff members. With a fuel range of over 40,000 kilometers, it can circumnavigate the globe via the equator without refueling.
