1 沿主干道的建筑入口/The approach from the main street

本項目是軟件開發(fā)公司SUNONE的新辦公樓，它坐落在一片低層居民住宅區(qū)內(nèi)。該項目對設(shè)計師來說是一個真正的挑戰(zhàn)，設(shè)計既要滿足現(xiàn)代建筑的需要，又要實現(xiàn)設(shè)計與功能之間的平衡；既要保持現(xiàn)有社區(qū)的生活氛圍，又要為公司員工創(chuàng)造一個激勵工作的辦公環(huán)境。怎樣在維護(hù)這片住區(qū)的寧靜祥和、尊重附近住戶隱私的同時，將這種寧靜的氛圍融入現(xiàn)代風(fēng)格，創(chuàng)造出舒適愉悅、充滿活力的工作環(huán)境呢？為了實現(xiàn)這一效果，建筑的立面采用了水平網(wǎng)格狀的幕墻分格設(shè)計。這不僅為建筑內(nèi)外創(chuàng)造了一種視覺屏障，阻止了建筑周邊的視線穿透，也作為光線過濾裝置為室內(nèi)空間提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的采光環(huán)境。

本項目室內(nèi)設(shè)計的邏輯是基于IT工作的靈活性與透明度。與人們印象中傳統(tǒng)的辦公環(huán)境不同，SUNONE將室內(nèi)分成兩個主要部分：工作區(qū)和休閑區(qū)。在工作區(qū)設(shè)置了一系列配有工作照明的工作臺，讓員工可以專注工作。而在休閑區(qū)，則設(shè)計了一些休息區(qū)和咖啡吧，讓員工可以輕松地在此會面與交談。這種以社會交往為導(dǎo)向的空間設(shè)置是為了增進(jìn)員工之間面對面交流的機(jī)會，而不是通過冷漠沉悶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通方式。

在室內(nèi)空間中真正最令人愉悅的設(shè)計是散布其間的屏風(fēng)裝置。外立面的玻璃幕墻體現(xiàn)了公司業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域IT行業(yè)的技術(shù)特點，室內(nèi)屏風(fēng)設(shè)計則展示了公司老板及其員工大膽激進(jìn)的個性。采用工業(yè)材料彩色PVC制成的條狀幕簾在整個建筑內(nèi)被巧妙地使用，反映出這些喜歡挑戰(zhàn)自我的人們有著充沛的精力與勃勃的生氣。使用這種通常只在工業(yè)建筑中才使用的新式材料是一個非常有趣的嘗試。明黃色的透明幕簾所展示的視覺效果同樣令人眼前一亮。

除了分隔與圍合空間的功能之外，這些透明的室內(nèi)屏風(fēng)也顯示出該區(qū)域的私密等級。PVC幕簾的使用無疑保證了辦公空間的開放性和透明度。此外，這種設(shè)計令室內(nèi)空間顯得光影流動，溢彩紛呈。

無論建筑風(fēng)格有多大差異，在經(jīng)過建筑師縝密的思考與設(shè)計后，辦公與住宅這兩種不同的建筑類型可以完美地融合在同一環(huán)境之中。SUNONE與相鄰的住宅區(qū)之間正是如此。此外，建筑的室內(nèi)設(shè)計也為企業(yè)提供了靈活機(jī)動的辦公環(huán)境和輕松自在的工作氛圍，并且成功地促進(jìn)了企業(yè)員工的合作與交流。□（覃鶯 譯）

Built to meet contemporary needs and balance often-competing functional and aesthetic requirements, SUNONE was a true challenge for its designers. Located among low-rise residential neighborhoods, this software developer's building had to preserve the atmosphere of its existing community while creating an inspiring working environment for its staff. The serenity of the area was such a prominent goal that respect was shown for the privacy of nearby residences by attempting to give peace a role in the modern style of the building that was elsewhere lending a sense of dynamism to the workplace. To pull off this effect, a pattern of horizontal screening was introduced into the project. Not only does it create a visual barrier between inside and outside, blocking direct views from the surroundings, it also serves as a light filter collecting quality light for interior spaces.

SUNONE's interior design strategy is flexibility and transparency at work. Instead of the stolid spatial configuration of traditional office space, SUNONE provides workers with the choice of a range of work settings from bench desks complete with task lighting for concentrated work to informal areas, including lounge/bar settings, for group meetings and chats. This type of socially oriented space is intended to enhance possibilities for faceto-face social interaction between staff members, an alternative to interacting via dull electronic communication.

Truly, the most delightful feature of an interior space can be a scattering of interior screens. While SUNONE's exterior screens reflect the technological character of the company’s business, its interior screens, showcase the adventurous personality of its owner and his staff. The industrial material PVC strip curtain is cleverly incorporated as colorful strips throughout the building, a nod to the energy and liveliness of the extreme-sport lovers who work there. Experimenting with this material normally used in factories creates an industrial look that is far more than interesting. The visual effect the yellow transparent sheets offer is stunning.

Besides operating as space dividers and enclosures, these interior screens and their transparency, also indicate an area's privacy level. The PVC strip curtains maintain the openness and transparency of the office space while providing a reflective surface for natural light to play off of.

At SUNONE, two building typologies-office and home-fuse perfectly in one environment. SUNONE delivers that effect to its neighborhood. The building's interior strategy creates a working space that is flexible and laid-back in appearance rather than off-puttingly corporate. Both the SUNONE company and its building espouse the same environment-a place that encourages both collaboration and relaxation at work.□

葛明：項目為位于泰國曼谷的一棟軟件開發(fā)辦公樓，周圍為一圈低層住宅。由于建筑的體量相對較大，會使它與周圍的民居關(guān)系稍顯緊張，所以設(shè)計試圖通過材料來獲得協(xié)調(diào)。在玻璃作為主要材料之外，設(shè)計者利用一系列格柵形成建筑特征，試圖回應(yīng)環(huán)境和傳統(tǒng)，同時回應(yīng)公司性格。在外，形成特殊表皮阻擋內(nèi)外視線的直接交流，并過濾光線；在內(nèi)，試圖形成一種動態(tài)活躍的氛圍。略為遺憾的是，格柵系列對于內(nèi)部空間構(gòu)成的作用還不是特別明顯。

范路：雙屏

對于坐落在曼谷居住區(qū)中的SUNONE辦公樓，設(shè)計者運(yùn)用了雙屏的策略。外部的金屬格狀屏幕包裹簡潔的方形建筑形體，在解決采光、遮陽、視線溝通的同時，以強(qiáng)調(diào)水平線條的方式讓辦公樓融入周圍住區(qū)的寧靜氛圍。內(nèi)部屏幕由黃色透明PVC管材構(gòu)成，在靈活劃分空間、激活空間的同時，以豎向線條強(qiáng)調(diào)中庭、采光井、辦公區(qū)域的整體感。內(nèi)外雙重屏幕既對立又對話，讓內(nèi)外各種空間融為一體，卻又不失各自性格。

GE Ming: This software developer's office building is located among the low-rise residential neighborhoods of Bangkok. The relatively large mass of the building strains its relationship with surrounding residences and, to counteract this, the design deploys a material strategy to blend in. Besides using glass as the main material, the designer employs a grid to create a series of architectural features that respond to environment, tradition and the company's character. On the exterior, the grid becomes part of the building skin, preventing visual contact between inside and outside. At the interior, it creates a dynamic atmosphere but doesn't seem to have any effect on the space.

FAN Lu: Double Screens

The SUNONE office building, located in a low-rise area of Bangkok, uses a double-screen strategy. An exterior metal grid screen wraps the project's taut box-like volume and serves as a filter for daylight as well as way to screen off and select views. The calm horizontality of the screen allows the office building to blend with the serene atmosphere of the surrounding residential neighborhood. At the interior of the building, transparent yellow PVC strips create a second layer of screening. These not only create a flexible way to activate and subdivide office space, their vertical grain helps to integrate the light well and central stairway volumes with the working areas on each floor. The two kinds of screens allow a unity of opposites, one in which different spaces can be visually fused while staying true to their individual formal characteristics.
