印度駐華大使康特在會(huì)議上講話

“印度制造進(jìn)行時(shí)”投資情況介紹會(huì)在渝舉行

2014年11月14日，一場(chǎng)名為“印度制造進(jìn)行時(shí)”的印度商貿(mào)投資情況介紹會(huì)在重慶舉行。此次會(huì)議由重慶市政府與印度駐華大使館共同舉辦，印度駐華大使康特、印度駐華大使館商務(wù)參贊康楠，中印雙方企業(yè)、機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人共170余人參加了此次會(huì)議。重慶市副市長(zhǎng)陳和平出席會(huì)議并發(fā)言。

會(huì)議旨在推廣印度總理納倫德拉·莫迪近日在新德里宣布的“在印度制造”系列新政策。這項(xiàng)新政策致力于增強(qiáng)來(lái)印度投資興業(yè)的吸引力，為有意投資印度的重慶企業(yè)提供一站式服務(wù)，吸引各界在印度投資設(shè)廠，擴(kuò)大當(dāng)?shù)鼐蜆I(yè)。新政策主要涉及25個(gè)行業(yè)，包括汽車、化工、制藥、紡織、信息技術(shù)、旅游、鐵路、再生能源、采礦以及電子產(chǎn)業(yè)等。

川外校長(zhǎng)獲法蘭西國(guó)家功績(jī)軍官勛章

2014年11月21日，法國(guó)新上任的駐華大使顧山率領(lǐng)使館參贊一行來(lái)渝為四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)李克勇頒發(fā)由法國(guó)總統(tǒng)下令頒授的“法蘭西國(guó)家功績(jī)軍官勛章”。

重慶市政府外僑辦副主任王雯出席儀式并致辭。法國(guó)駐成都總領(lǐng)館總領(lǐng)事魏雅樹呈上“法蘭西國(guó)家功績(jī)軍官勛章”，并由顧山親自為李克勇戴上。

李克勇參與編撰的《法漢大詞典》成為中國(guó)人學(xué)習(xí)法語(yǔ)的重要工具書。李克勇于1982年畢業(yè)于四川外語(yǔ)學(xué)院法語(yǔ)系，并于1991年在法國(guó)圖魯茲第二大學(xué)進(jìn)修教學(xué)法，獲語(yǔ)言科學(xué)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位，之后一直在川外任教。2003年至今任四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)。

此次是李克勇第二次獲得法國(guó)授勛。法國(guó)曾在2003年授予其金棕櫚教育騎士勛章，以表彰他在法語(yǔ)教育事業(yè)上作出的貢獻(xiàn)。

好萊塢大師加盟制作紀(jì)錄片《新三峽》

2014年11月25日，由國(guó)務(wù)院三峽辦、湖北省政府、重慶市政府、中央新影等單位聯(lián)合攝制的7集大型高清紀(jì)錄片及3D紀(jì)錄電影《新三峽》劇組來(lái)到重慶，與媒體記者分享他們采風(fēng)三峽的感受。此次紀(jì)錄片創(chuàng)作團(tuán)隊(duì)還特地邀請(qǐng)了電影《阿凡達(dá)》、《終結(jié)者2》的3D視效總監(jiān)，被美國(guó)媒體譽(yù)為“好萊塢3D技術(shù)之父”的恰克·康米斯基；美國(guó)電影藝術(shù)終身成就獎(jiǎng)獲得者、兩度榮獲奧斯卡獎(jiǎng)的《大峽谷》、《黃石公園》導(dǎo)演凱斯·梅林等大師加盟，參與指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)作本片。

據(jù)《新三峽》劇組的總導(dǎo)演楊書華介紹，7集超高清紀(jì)錄片每集時(shí)長(zhǎng)50分鐘，從壩、山、水、人、城、景、夢(mèng)七個(gè)方面展現(xiàn)三峽新貌。當(dāng)被問及此片是否會(huì)在美國(guó)上映時(shí)，他也信心十足地表示，將以國(guó)際風(fēng)格和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)打造這部紀(jì)錄片，待2015年完成制作后，將讓其走進(jìn)院線，同時(shí)倚借兩位國(guó)際大師的名氣，將這部片子推向國(guó)際。

氣在中國(guó)文化中既富有形而上氣質(zhì)，又葆有形而下質(zhì)地，上可達(dá)道，下實(shí)于器，現(xiàn)象而本質(zhì);在藝術(shù)中，氣上于通神，下現(xiàn)于形，且將形與神牽連、包融、氤氳為一體，所以中國(guó)古典藝術(shù)批評(píng)對(duì)藝術(shù)的氣氛感把握，極為講究。南朝謝赫論繪畫，有“六法”，立氣韻生動(dòng)為第一義。在筆者看來(lái)，氣韻生動(dòng)內(nèi)涵有二:其一，主要指作品內(nèi)在生命韻律的生動(dòng)與流蕩;其二，作品由此蒸騰出環(huán)暈著作品的整體氛圍、氣味、調(diào)子，前者實(shí)，后者虛，虛實(shí)而相生，就成了藝術(shù)批評(píng)要把握的微妙的氣氛感，是故中國(guó)古典詩(shī)文品賞、批評(píng)，有“觀文氣”之說(shuō)，書畫鑒定，則有“望氣派”之別。

渝港公務(wù)員實(shí)習(xí)交流活動(dòng)首次舉行 后計(jì)劃每年一次

2014年12月15日，渝港公務(wù)員實(shí)習(xí)交流座談會(huì)在重慶市政府外事大樓召開。座談會(huì)上，6位赴港公務(wù)員分別匯報(bào)了在香港交通、房屋、警務(wù)、社會(huì)福利、衛(wèi)生等部門學(xué)習(xí)考察期間的工作心得，并提出了不少建議。來(lái)自香港特區(qū)的公務(wù)員代表、香港警察學(xué)院研究中心主任吳海威也是第一次來(lái)到重慶進(jìn)行交流。

為學(xué)習(xí)香港特區(qū)政府的先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，幫助重慶、香港兩地機(jī)關(guān)公務(wù)員開闊眼界，開闊思路，適應(yīng)城市國(guó)際化的需要，11月初，我市與香港特區(qū)政府互派公務(wù)員到對(duì)口部門實(shí)習(xí)交流。來(lái)自重慶衛(wèi)生、建委、市政、港澳辦、人社局等政府部門的6位公務(wù)員前往香港，進(jìn)行了為期一個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)交流。

此次實(shí)習(xí)交流活動(dòng)是由國(guó)務(wù)院港澳辦與香港特區(qū)政府共同推進(jìn)，由重慶市政府港澳辦與香港特別行政區(qū)政府公務(wù)員事務(wù)局簽署相關(guān)協(xié)議，并與重慶市公務(wù)員局共同實(shí)施，協(xié)議期限到2016年。兩地政府計(jì)劃每年安排一次實(shí)習(xí)交流，每次6名公務(wù)員，以促進(jìn)渝港兩地的友好交流和合作。

中意首次媒體論壇在渝舉行

2014年12月12日，由中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)意大利語(yǔ)部、意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館和四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)共同主辦的“重慶·中意媒體論壇日”活動(dòng)在四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)舉行。來(lái)自中意兩國(guó)政府部門有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、資深媒體人士及兩國(guó)學(xué)界數(shù)十位專家齊聚一堂，共同探討中意媒體間的合作與發(fā)展前景。重慶市人民政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任陳高山、意大利駐渝總領(lǐng)事馬非同參加論壇并分別致辭。

“重慶·中意媒體論壇日”以展現(xiàn)兩國(guó)在媒體方面的合作及文化特點(diǎn)為宗旨，著重探討了以中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)意大利語(yǔ)部主辦的《中意》雙語(yǔ)雜志以及意大利駐華大使館、意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)館主辦的《聚焦中意》電子雜志為代表的媒體間的合作，深化兩國(guó)媒體交流；同時(shí)研究了媒體的經(jīng)營(yíng)、策劃、撰稿、翻譯等具體課程，促進(jìn)雙方媒體更好地宣傳重慶、推進(jìn)意大利與重慶的交流與合作。

我市榮獲“國(guó)際友好城市交流合作獎(jiǎng)”

近日，在由中國(guó)人民對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)、中國(guó)國(guó)際友好城市聯(lián)合會(huì)主辦的“2014年中國(guó)國(guó)際友好城市大會(huì)”國(guó)際友好城市工作評(píng)選活動(dòng)中，重慶市榮獲“國(guó)際友好城市交流合作獎(jiǎng)”，我市友城泰國(guó)曼谷市、德國(guó)杜塞爾多夫市獲得“對(duì)華友好交流合作獎(jiǎng)”。

此評(píng)選活動(dòng)每?jī)赡昱e行一次，旨在對(duì)國(guó)際友好城市交流合作中作出突出貢獻(xiàn)的中外省、州和城市進(jìn)行表彰，推動(dòng)我國(guó)國(guó)際友好城市工作全面發(fā)展。

近年來(lái)，我市積極促進(jìn)友城發(fā)展，并以此為平臺(tái)大力推動(dòng)務(wù)實(shí)合作。截至目前，全市(含區(qū)縣)共與25個(gè)國(guó)家的33個(gè)城市結(jié)為友好城市關(guān)系，與外國(guó)56個(gè)州、市、地區(qū)建立了友好交流關(guān)系。

On November 14,2014,a business and investment promotion seminar called “Make in India”held by Chongqing Municipal Government and the India Embassy in China was opened in Chongqing.Mr.Ashok K.Kantha,Ambassador of India,Ms.Namgya C.Khampa,counselor of Trade ＆ Commerce Department of India Embassy,Chinese and Indian business and agencies of more than 170 people took part in the meeting.Mr.Chen Heping,Vice Mayor of Chongqing attended the meeting and made a speech.

The seminar aims to promote the series of new policies recently announced in New Delhi by Narendra Modi,the prime minister of India.This policy focuses on increasing investment in India,providing onestop services for Chongqing enterprises who are interested in investing in India,expanding the local employment.New policies mainly involve 25 industries,including automotive,chemical,pharmaceutical,textile,information technology,tourism,railways,energy,mining,and electronic industry.

President of SISU Honored with France National Merit Officer Medal

On November 21,new Ambassador of France in China,Mr.Maurice Gourdault-Montagne came to Chongqing to award "National Medal of Merit Officer of France" ordered by French President to Mr.Li Keyong,the president of Sichuan International Studies University.

The French-Chinese dictionary which was compiled by Li Keyong is an important reference book for Chinese learning French.Li Keyong graduated from French department of SISU in 1982,and went to Toulouse II University of France for advanced studies in pedagogy in 1991 and received master degree in linguistic sciences,and has been teaching in SISU ever since,appointed as president of SISU from 2003 to present.

It is his second time awarded by France.He was awarded the Knight of the Golden Palm education in 2003 in recognition of his contribution to education in French.

Hollywood Masters Joining the Production of the New Three Gorges Documentary

On November 25,2014,the crew of HD documentary filming 7 episodes of large-scale 3D documentary film the New Three Gorges run by the State Council Three Gorges office,Hubei Province and Chongqing municipality,the central new film came to Chongqing,sharing their experiences with Chongqing reporters.The documentary team also invited Chuck Comisky,the director of 3D vision of the movie Avatar,Terminator 2,who is also called "Father of Hollywood's 3D Technology" by United States media;and Kieth Merrill,the American film arts lifetime achievement award winner who directed the Grand Canyon,the Yellowstone National Park which won Oscar twice,both joined making this documentary.

According to the director of the three gorges,Mr.Yang Shuhua,each episode of this documentary will be 50 minutes long,showing the new look of the Three Gorges from the dam,mountains,river,people,city,landscape and dream of seven parts.

Chongqing-Hong Kong Civil Servants InternshipExchange Launched

On December 15,the Chongqing-Hong Kong civil servant internship exchange meeting was held in Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.6 civil servants reported their study tour experiences in housing,police,social welfare,health and other departments in Hong Kong and put forward a lot of suggestions while the representative from Hong Kong Police College Research Center,Director Wu Haiwei also came to Chongqing for the first time for exchange.

To help the staff between Chongqing and Hong Kong broaden their eyes and widen their thoughts.In early November of 2014,the two sides exchanged visits of civil servants for one month.

This internship was jointly promoted by Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council and Hong Kong SAR Government,Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of Chongqing and Hong Kong S.A.R.Government Civil Service Bureau signed the relevant protocols and implemented together with Chongqing Civil Service Bureau,the term of the agreement is until 2016.Governments of two sides plan to arrange 6 civil servants for exchange visit every year to promote cooperation between the two places.

"Chongqing · Italy Media Forum" Opened

December 12,2014,"Chongqing · Italy media forum" co-sponsored by the Italy language department of China Radio International,Italian Consulate in Chongqing and the Sichuan International Studies University opened.Leaders from Chinese and Italian government departments,the media and academic circles of the two countries,experts gathered together to discuss cooperation and development prospects.

The forum is to show cooperation and cultural characteristic in the media of the two countries,focusing on the cooperation between media like the Italian bilingual magazine,as well as focus of Sino-Italy electronic journal,deepening exchanges between two countries;also studying media management,planning,copywriting,translation and other specific courses to enhance bilateral media better publicize Chongqing,advancing exchanges and cooperation between Italy and Chongqing.

Chongqing Awarded for "International Friendship Cities Exchange and Cooperation”

Recently in the sister cities international campaign of "2014 China International Friendship Cities Conference" sponsored by the CPAFFC,the China International Friendship Cities Association,Chongqing was awarded the "prize for international friendship cities exchange and cooperation”.The sister cities Bangkok in Thailand,Duesseldorf in Germany gained "friendly exchanges and cooperation with China."

This award is held once every two years,aims to be in recognition of friendly exchanges and cooperation of the provinces,states and cities at home and abroad which have made outstanding contributions to promote the overall development of China's international friendship cities work..
