    Teaching objectives:

    By the end of this session, most students will be better able to use five types of the simple sentences correctly . This will be achieved by talking about my vacation and Ss’ vacations.

    Leaning and teaching focus:

    1.the chunks about the activities, feelings about my vacation and their vacations.

    2.use five types of the simple sentences correctly.

    3.Ss can sum up the structures of five types of the simple sentences after talking about a certain situation one by one.

    Anticipated difficulties:

    It will be difficult for students to talk about主謂賓賓補(bǔ) and主謂雙賓. Also, students will find it hard to search more words to talk about such a topic.

    Solutions: To set up different tasks with information gap to help students get information by asking questions.

    Teaching stages:

    Stage I Talk about spring

    Since it’s spring, teacher can encourage Ss to say more about the weather, the air, the sun, the butterfly, the grass and the picture about spring.

    Ask Ss to talk about the feeling after the teacher’s demonstration with the help of the mind-map .I find_____ _______. The ____ makes me _______Then ask Ss to summarize the structure.

    2、After they compare the two structures, teacher points to the sentence leads in: The hotel makes me comfortable. Another way of saying: The hotel looks comfortable.(on the board)
