My Opinion on Exercise

Nowadays plenty of middle school students don’t get enough exercise.As I know,here are several reasons about this.

First of all,most of them are under too much pressure and have to spend the whole day on their studies on weekdays.Secondly,lots of them are actually terrified of getting injured during the exercise.Thirdly,some of them prefer to get happiness from television programs or computer games instead so that they might forget to exercise very often.

However,I don’t agree with them.These students probably don’t realize the importance of getting enough exercise.In my opinion,exercise can be a good way that we would be able to relax ourselves and keep bodies fit.Also,because the study is very hard for students now,enough exercise can let our brains have a good break,and then our study will be more efficient.With the help of exercising,our life will be more and more colorful.

So I think exercise is as important as studying.Let’s do exercise together.
