Honeywell PKS311.2冗余服務器安裝技巧

一、安裝硬件狗與內存安裝

硬件狗盡量安裝在服務器機箱內，避免人為在搬動機器的過程中將其損壞。

二、使用dell引導盤安裝windows2003操作系統(tǒng)

1、插入dell引導盤dell management console，重新啟動服務器；

（注意：使用引導盤安裝將會對全盤進行格式化，務必做好數(shù)據(jù)的備份工作）

2、根據(jù)導引選擇語言English；

3、Accept Dell的software license agreement；

4、選擇server OS installation；

5、時間和日期的設置，set the date，set the time，and select the time zone為GMT+08：00beijing，chongqing，hong kong，urumqi，點擊continue繼續(xù)；

6、選擇操作系統(tǒng)，select operating system為microsoft windows server 2003 service pack 2，在Create Utility partition欄選擇yes；

7、設置RAID5；

8、劃分C盤的磁盤空間，建議大于40G，調整完成后點擊continue；

9、網(wǎng)絡設置network configure，對link A和link B設置IP Address和subnet mask，點擊continue繼續(xù)；

10、Enter OS information，填上organization、user name和computer name，其他選項使用默認設置，點擊continue進入下一步；

11、Installation summary檢查設置是否準確，確認無誤后選擇continue；

12、進入下一步install operating system，在此過程中運行到51%時需要插入引導盤CD2；

13、根據(jù)提示插入windows 2003 server安裝盤，完成文件拷貝以后根據(jù)提示點擊finish；

14、記住無需安裝CD2，取消即可，刪除桌面上多余的連接圖標，將我的電腦、網(wǎng)絡連接等置于桌面，在桌面空白處右鍵點擊，選擇屬性，點擊進入desktop菜單欄，點擊customize desktop按鈕，在desktop icons下面的四項前面打鉤，點擊OK確認；

15、對剩余磁盤進行分區(qū)格式化。

三、用戶化界面設置及備份

1、設置電源方案和分辨率

在屏幕的空白處點擊右鍵，彈出屬性窗口，進入screen saver菜單欄，點擊power按鈕，power schemes選擇always on，其余各項選擇never，點擊apply-〉ok，把on resume，password protect前面的鉤去掉，在screen saver選擇none，點擊apply；在setting菜單欄選擇1024*768設置分辨率，點擊apply-〉OK。

2、改變開始菜單的風格

右鍵點擊task bar，選擇屬性彈出菜單，在taskbar菜單欄，除了第一項lock the taskbar以外其余各項前面全部打鉤，點擊apply，start menu菜單欄選擇classic start menu，點擊apply-〉OK。

3、更改管理員密碼

ctrl+shift+delete，點擊change password，設置新的密碼為password，點擊OK確認。

4、安裝事件歸檔服務

I IS(install internet information service)Start-〉settings-〉control panel-〉add or remove programs彈出菜單，然后點擊左側的add or remove windows components，彈出菜單，雙擊application server，彈出菜單，雙擊internet information services，選擇common files、internet information services manager和world wide web service，點擊OK—〉next，依據(jù)提示插入windows 2003安裝盤，點擊OK完成安裝。

5、網(wǎng)絡屬性設置

a.更改雙口網(wǎng)卡的網(wǎng)絡連接名稱為FTEA Yellow和FTEB Green；

b.設置靜態(tài)IP地址和子網(wǎng)掩碼；

(注意：對于網(wǎng)卡B，不用配置缺省網(wǎng)關)

c.設置IP settings，在設置IP地址的屬性窗口點擊advanced彈出菜單，在IP settings菜單欄，去掉automatic metric前面的鉤，然后在下面的空白處填入，網(wǎng)卡A填上1，網(wǎng)卡B填上5；

From the Advanced TCP/IP Settings page，IP Setting tab，enter 1 for Interface metric.

d.設置DNS，在設置IP地址的屬性窗口點擊advanced彈出菜單，在DNS菜單欄，對于網(wǎng)卡A在register this connection’s addresses in DNS前打鉤，而網(wǎng)卡B把該項前面的鉤去掉；

Click the DNS tab，select Register this connection’s addresses in DNS a shown below.

e.WINS設置，在設置IP地址的屬性窗口點擊advanced彈出菜單，在WINS菜單欄，對于網(wǎng)卡A選擇Enabale NetBIOS over TCP/IP，而網(wǎng)卡B選擇Disable NetBOIS over TCP/IP；

Click the WINS tab，select Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP and then click OK.

f.設置網(wǎng)絡連接的速度和單雙工模式，在網(wǎng)絡連接的屬性窗口，general菜單欄，點擊configure按鈕，彈出菜單，進入advanced菜單欄，在左側選擇speed and Duplex，在右側的Value窗口選擇100MBs/Full Duplex，點擊OK完成操作，網(wǎng)卡A和網(wǎng)卡B都必須做好該設置；

g.排列網(wǎng)卡scan的順序，start—〉settings—〉control panel—〉network connections右鍵點擊打開，彈出network connections菜單，advanced選項，點擊advanced settings彈出菜單，在connection框內通過右側的上下箭頭調整網(wǎng)卡的掃描順序。

6、Hosts文件的配置

文件位置C：windowssystem32driversetchosts，使用原來的Host文件。

7、關閉系統(tǒng)自動升級

Start-〉settings-〉control panel-〉automatic updates，點擊彈出菜單，選中turn off Automatic Updates，點擊apply-〉OK完成設置。

8、關閉windows系統(tǒng)時間同步

點擊右下角的時間顯示器，彈出菜單data and time properties，選擇進入internet time菜單欄，去掉Automatically synchronize with an internet time server前面的鉤，點擊apply—〉OK完成設置。

9、做第一版ghost備份

四、EPKS軟件的安裝

1、插入EPKS311.2 Application DVD光盤，彈出菜單，點擊install/migrate Experion PKS開始安裝；

2、選擇install clean，點擊next進入下一步；

3、彈出migration application菜單，點擊yes繼續(xù)；

4、彈出菜單，點擊OK開始重新啟動計算機；

5、重啟以后按照提示輸入管理員密碼，點擊OK確定；

6、重復第4和第5步驟；再來一次；

7、彈出Experion PKS product selection菜單，選擇Experion PKS server，點擊next進入下一步；

8、Experion PKS network selections菜單，Experion process network選擇FTE，點擊next；

Experion PKS license agreement菜單，選擇I accept the terms in the license agreement，點擊next繼續(xù)；

9、Experion PKS customer information and software license，在name和company后面的框內輸入客戶名稱和客戶單位名稱，輸入system number和authorization number，點擊next；

10、Experion PKS optional components，依據(jù)需要選擇：

System event server

Redirection manager

點擊next繼續(xù)安裝；

11、EMDB對話框彈出，選擇install，點擊next；

12、Experion PKS-FTE IP address configuration對話框，按照規(guī)劃輸入base IP address，subnet mask和default gateway，點擊next；

（注意：base IP address末尾一位必須為0）

13、Experion PKS-NTP IP address configuration對話框，輸入NTP first IP address（10.0.50.21）和NTP second IP address

沒有時鐘源的輸入servera的IP address；NTP second IP address輸入serverb的IP address

14、Experion PKS enter MNGR password，輸入mngr帳戶的密碼，神華煤制油統(tǒng)一設置為mngr123；

15、Experion PKS confirm installation settings，確認輸入的信息正確以后，點擊next；

16、點擊continue繼續(xù)，開始20個步驟的安裝；

17、安裝至第3步和第6步，按照提示點擊OK重啟計算機，鍵盤輸入ctrl+shift+delete，點擊OK，輸入管理員administrator和password；

18、安裝至第10步，按照提示點擊OK重啟計算機，鍵盤輸入ctrl+shift+delete，點擊OK，輸入管理員user name和password；

19、根據(jù)提示插入Knowledge builder DVD，在彈出菜單上點擊yes；

20、彈出菜單knowledge builder installation-installation type選擇full install，點擊next；

21、knowledge builder installationbookset selection，根據(jù)需要選中點擊next繼續(xù)；

22、knowledge builder server selection，點擊next；

23、knowledge builder installationstart copy，檢查確認后，點擊nex t繼續(xù)；

24、彈出knowledge builder安裝完成的提示，點擊finish；

25、更換光盤，插入Application光盤，點擊yes繼續(xù)；

26、安裝至第18步，按照提示點擊OK執(zhí)行重啟操作；

27、根據(jù)提示更換光盤，插入support software光盤，點擊yes繼續(xù)；

28、彈出Experion PKS update manager窗口，點擊next進入下一步；

29、點擊install開始安裝；

30、安裝完成后彈出對話框，點擊finish；

31、安裝進入最后一步，根據(jù)提示點擊OK重啟計算機；

32、重新啟動以后，彈出Experion PKS setup complete對話框，點擊finish完成安裝。

五、Support DVD installation完成之后，必須要設置的幾個步驟

1、網(wǎng)卡FTE屬性設置；

2、時間NTPsetup.exe同步設置；

3、Knowledge builder search設置；

4、按照補丁安裝的說明，逐一安裝所需要的補?。?/p>

5、建立冗余連接設置

運行CMD，使用命令cd退至C：根目錄，輸入命令hdwbld redun.hdw，回車，執(zhí)行完輸出0 error完成；

6、語言設置；

7、打補丁，解決在Event summary中顯示“???????”；

8、安裝HMIWeb補?。?/p>

9、安裝Microsoft Hotfix；

10、安裝防病毒軟件；

11、對c盤進行碎片整理，要求兩遍

最后安裝一下Signon管理軟件。

六、服務器的同步

1、在serverB打開configuration studio，連接system（3個小電視的圖標），點擊add a server to this system彈出菜單，在Alias和node name后填上server名稱（注意，不要加a和b，如cduserver），在redundent前面打鉤，點擊OK，然后點擊load system configuration to，點擊continue→OK，然后點擊system tasks→server node→EMDB admin tasks，點擊enable replication，用同樣的方法同步ERDB.

2、在serverA，打開station，mngr權限進入，configure→system hardware→redundant server，點擊synchronize按鈕完成同步；同步RTDB.

到這步我們的服務器算安裝完畢，還有刷firmware、數(shù)據(jù)加載調試等我在這不再贅述。綜上所述，就是服務器的安裝步驟，可以說缺一不可，只有這樣的安裝，才能保正系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)運行，DCS控制系統(tǒng)才能可靠運行。才能為我們的企業(yè)“安穩(wěn)長滿優(yōu)”運行保駕護航。
