The business practice of margin trading and short selling,which originated in the United States in 1934, is being incorporated into the Chinese capital market. As tests organized by the China Securities Regulato-ry Commission (CSRC) come to a dose, information from industrial insiders indicates the CSRC will launch a piiot program of margin trading and short selling at the beginning of March.
