Every issue, ChinAfrica briefs its readers on two major Chinese cities and their African sistercities. This month belongs to Jinan and Taiyuan, the capital cities of Shandong Province andShanxi Province respectively. Shandong Province is matched with South Africas WesternCape Province, and Taiyuan city is partnered with Douala, the largest city in Cameroon andthe capital of Cameroons Littoral Province.
