創(chuàng)刊宗旨： 我刊及時(shí)反映和報(bào)道海洋科學(xué)與工程、海洋環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程、海洋氣象、海洋藥物、海洋遙感、海洋信息系統(tǒng)與管理工程、水產(chǎn)、湖沼等領(lǐng)域的最新研究成果。論文欄目設(shè)置：研究論文、技術(shù)報(bào)告、研究快報(bào)、高新技術(shù)與信息跟蹤、特約評(píng)介、綜述等。 讀者對(duì)象： 國(guó)內(nèi)海洋及相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的科技人員、教師和管理人員，主要是國(guó)際海洋科學(xué)界的同行，以英語(yǔ)為語(yǔ)言工具的讀者。
